1. Payment and Cancellation Terms

1. All deposits are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations:
   • If canceled 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled ride, there will be no charge.
   • If canceled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled ride, 50% of the fare will be charged to the credit card on file.
   • Local rides (e.g., within Saint Albans) are exempt from this policy.

2. Liability and Responsibility

1. The company is not responsible for mechanical breakdowns during charters.
2. In the event of a breakdown, the company will provide a make-up for lost time on a mutually agreed date.
3. Clients assume full financial liability for any damages to the vehicle caused by themselves or their party.
4. Damage fees:
   • Carpet or seat burn: $100 per incident.
   • Sanitation fee: $250.

3. Prohibited Activities

1. Consumption of alcohol and use of drugs are strictly prohibited by law.
2. Clients are responsible for any fines incurred for violations.
3. The driver reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund if there is blatant indiscretion.

4. Safety and Conduct

1. Standing through the sunroof is illegal and strictly prohibited.
2. Smoking may be permitted in certain vehicles, subject to the driver’s discretion.

5. Additional Terms

1. Overtime charges will apply after 15 minutes beyond the prearranged time.
2. The company is not liable for:
   • Delays or cancellations due to unsafe road conditions.
   • Any articles left in the vehicle.
3. All balances must be paid to the driver before the ride begins.
4. Vehicle capacity limits must be strictly observed.
